About me

Across rivers, regions,
and disciplines.

I am AHANA BAYONGWA Samuel, a researcher working at the intersection of water resources, climate change, and energy systems.

My research journey

I am a researcher at Forschungszentrum Jülich GmbH (FZJ), Institute of Climate and Energy Systems – Jülich Systems Analysis (ICE-2), 52425 Jülich, Germany.

My work explores how water availability and climate variability affect energy systems, with a particular interest in hydrological modeling and data-scarce regions.
